But the New York Post declares someone else the winner of last night's debate: "Who was the big winner in last night's presidential debate?" the NY Post editorializes this morning. "That would be Joe Wurzelbacher -- 'Joe the Plumber' -- who Sunday demanded that Barack Obama explain why he should pay higher taxes for 'fulfilling the American dream.'"
CNN's instapundit poll easily gives the debate to Obama, 58 percent to 31 percent. The polls also shows Obama favorables rose slightly during the debate, from 63 percent to 66 percent, while McCain's favorables dropped, from 51 percent to 49 percent.
